- Jaeeok is a former contestant of survival show under 19, which was aired at the end of 2018/beginning of 2019
- He was a member of vocal team and placed 12th during the first individual evaluation performing "Back In Time"
- After his first stage, performing vocal team's theme song 'Go Tomorrow ", he rose up to 6th place

On December 24th 2020 Lee Jaeeok was announced as a treinee under One Cool Jacso Entertainment, a Chinese/Korean company, subsidiary of One Cool Jacso Group.
