On December 24th 2020 Lee Jaeeok was announced as a treinee under One Cool Jacso Entertainment, a Chinese/Korean company, subsidiary of One Cool Jacso Group.
He joined the Chinese survival show "Asia Super Young" but it was cancelled. On May 2021 he was anounced as a contestant on upcoming MBC survival program "Wild Idol", aired in September, same year.
